Infrastructure NSW Business Case Summaries

Polis Partners worked with Infrastructure NSW (INSW) to deliver over 30 business case summary reports covering a range of infrastructure projects, including transport, health, regional development and education.

INSW is the NSW Government agency responsible for the oversight and delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects undertaken on behalf of the NSW Government. It reviews all major infrastructure project business cases and provides recommendations prior to Government investment decisions.

Historically, these business cases have not been publicly available (with limited exceptions) but in 2023, the NSW Government announced that it would ensure that NSW taxpayers had visibility of project investment cases through a business case summary report.

In addition to drafting business case summary reports, Polis Partners also collaborated with INSW to streamline the process of completing future reports, which will be required for all NSW Government projects.
