Deb Pono

Deb has deep expertise in working with government clients to provide strategic policy advice and development, legislative reform processes, ministerial engagement and briefings, drafting key documents and stakeholder consultation. 

Deb has worked in the Public Policy & Economics space, focusing on working with government clients to develop the evidence base to fund critical policy change. She also has almost 10 years of legal policy and legislative reform experience as an officer in the Commonwealth Attorney-General’s Department and the Attorney-General’s Office where she was responsible for the then Government’s legislation program. 

Deb is experienced in collaborating with government departments, private organisations and community sectors around legal process and policy issues and legislative reform.
