The Challenge
Landcom required a clear commercial framework and documentation to partner with Community Housing Providers (CHPs) for seven projects expected to seek funding under HAFF Round 3.
The Action
Polis Partners drafted the Information Memorandum and returnable schedules, ensuring requirements were aligned to Housing Australia’s expectations. We worked with project teams and legal advisers to validate statements and design materials that would elicit the necessary information for assessment.
The Results
Tender documents were released to the Affordable Housing Delivery Panel, and CHPs were selected, enabling Landcom to progress partnerships for HAFF submissions.
