The Challenge
Following introduction of the Universities Accord Bill, the Government required detailed support to finalise implementation of the Commonwealth Prac Payment (CPP), including responding to stakeholder concerns and establishing eligibility settings in legislative instruments.
The Action
Polis Partners drafted amendments and explanatory materials for the Other Grants Guidelines and Conditions of Grant to embed the CPP eligibility criteria.
The Results
The CPP program commenced on 1 July 2025.
